 An absolutely gorgeous remodeled home that is pristine in every way in Yorba Linda! It's bright interiors made it's shooting a breeze. The only problem I had was the temperature outside that day... almost 100 degrees.. and I was IN THE SUN!!!
Freshly painted exterior and interior with warm tones. Remodeled kitchen with granite counters. Crown moulding and 5 in baseboards throughout. New carpet, built in spa for relaxing and enjoying the summer. Mirrored wardrobes w/built in close organizers. Large RV parking area. Beautifully manicured front and back yards. This home is gorgeous and I loved the time I spent there shooting the pictures. The owners were very nice to. Hey ppl, why do you sell this beauty? (just kidding) |

 222 La Verne is a cute little cottage in the Belmont Shore Area. Belmont Shore is a charming beachside community in the southern corner of Long Beach. Located on the coast of the Pacific Ocean, the Shore is only two miles to the west of Seal Beach in Orange County and three miles to the east of Downtown Long Beach.  Naples, California is an island on the southern most tip of Long Beach. With street names like Toledo and Florence, canals called Rivo Alto and Colonnade, you'll think you're in Italy. Found this little gem at number 133 on Venetia Drive. This lovely home has a charming exterior complete with newer Venetian plaster exterior and a white picket fence. What I really liked about this property is the completely renovated interior that offers an inviting floorplan and lavish amenities.
It was a bit chalangeing to shoot in this house, because the lack of space. I managed to do that thanks to the help of owner and Jennifer (Sue's assistant) who actively assisted moving things around, and making sure that everything was ok.  This would be the second time I shot this house, this time, after few years. I have to say that I was very impressed with the upgrades the owners did there in the last... how many months? 24 or so. Maybe I will write an article regarding the differences after 2 years or so. Last time when I shot this, the property was called "The Jewel" of Dove Canyon. It's a very nice property overlooking the golf course. Single story... Loved It! I wish I could afford that :) If you are looking for the city "Dove canyon"... look again :) You will find nada, because Dove Canyon is a very nice and exclusive gated community located next to Coto de Caza. They offer tons of amenities and a private Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. More pictures after the jump.
