 Naples, California is an island on the southern most tip of Long Beach. With street names like Toledo and Florence, canals called Rivo Alto and Colonnade, you'll think you're in Italy. Found this little gem at number 133 on Venetia Drive. This lovely home has a charming exterior complete with newer Venetian plaster exterior and a white picket fence. What I really liked about this property is the completely renovated interior that offers an inviting floorplan and lavish amenities.It was a bit chalangeing to shoot in this house, because the lack of space. I managed to do that thanks to the help of owner and Jennifer (Sue's assistant) who actively assisted moving things around, and making sure that everything was ok. The elegant interior features a formal living room with cozy custom fireplace, formal dining room with French doors that open out onto outside porch area, gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and newer appliances, sunlit separate family room, spacious guest bedrooms, beautifully... see for yourself in the gallery.          I really like to shoot and most of the time, before or after the shot (if time allows) I hang around the canals, beautiful homes and yachts in a peaceful neighborhood setting punctuated by five quaint bridges and tall palm trees. There are several ways to view the canals and streets of Naples. By foot, one can walk the waterfront sidewalks and watch the boats go by. |
